Chanamon (pronounced chan-ah-mon) is the name of our founder and the artist behind all our wonderful designs. Maison (pronounced may-zon) means “house” in French, for the design studio that houses our products. The French word is a nod to Chanamon’s partner, who is from France, and whose support has been integral to the growth of the company.
Shipping
Shipping times vary based on the destination and shipping method. Most domestic (US) orders will take 5-7 business days to arrive via First Class mail. Overseas deliveries can take 7 days or more to arrive. Please note that delivery times do not include processing time for us to put your order together.
If you'd like your order to arrive sooner, please select Priority Class shipping at checkout. Orders that qualify for free shipping are sent via USPS First Class mail.
Our cheapest shipping option is $2, for orders containing only stickers and comes without tracking. Due to the way other items and tracked packages need to be shipped, anything else ships via First Class mail, starting at around $4 to $5 for domestic orders.
Yes, we ship all over the world! Shipping costs will apply and be added at checkout. Please note that you are responsible for any import fees at customs when orders arrive at your country.
Pickups are available at our in-person events or our San Francisco studio depending on our availability. If you'd like to arrange a pickup, please email us before placing your order. Otherwise, we offer low-rate shipping options that usually arrive very quickly to local destinations.
Returns, Exchanges, & Cancellations
We allow for cancellation of orders within 24 hours of placing the order if the order has not yet shipped. Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled. If you'd like to cancel your order, please email us immediately with your order number to request a cancellation.
Preordered items can only be cancelled before the preorder window closes, even if the item has not yet shipped.
Unfortunately, we are not able to accept returns for any items at this time unless an item has arrived damaged.
If you'd like to make a return for a damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and photo evidence of the damaged item.
Unfortunately, at this time we are only accepting exchange requests for unworn apparel items on a case-by-case basis. All other items cannot be exchanged.
If you would like to make an exchange for an apparel item, please email us within 7 days of receipt of your order to make an exchange request.
